Complaints
We accept complaints concerning deficits or other visible errors and omissions if the complaints are sent in writing to the seller within 8 days of receipt of the delivery.
Returns
We accept the return of unused, undamaged price list items in undamaged original packaging. Items must be returned by prior agreement and with an indication of our invoice number and date.
