Immersion heaters, nipple or flange mounting:
Non-ATEX

Apart from the mentioned standard immersion heaters, JEVI produces immersion heaters with special material requirements involving the heater, nipple and terminal box, respectively, depending on the subject that requires heating.

We produce heaters in several types of stainless qualities and surface loadings.

Special designs can be made with other inset lengths, voltage and power as well as built-in thermostat and thermofuse.

ATEX

For use in areas classified as explosive, for instance within the offshore industry, petrochemical manufacturing or other use involving a potential explosion hazard, we produce explosion-proof and certified solutions in acordance with the ATEX directive.

Immersion heaters for attachment or flange mounting are typically used in circulation systems, container systems, process plants or other use that requires a primary or secondary heat source with added solid and liquid agents or various types of gases.

We produce immersion heaters/flange heaters up to 2mW for almost any kind of applications.
