Self-limiting heating cables are used for frost protection, among other things. Typical applications include cold-water piping, sprinkler laterals, heating tubes, drain pipes, fuel oil pipes and degreasing plants.
Self-limiting cables can be installed in explosive areas when the cable is equipped with features such as a special termination kit.
