Heating of Liquids

For oil heating, JEVI recommends the use of electric heaters in the form of immersion heaters or cartridge heating elements.

The advantage of using an immersion heater is that you can mount a control box directly on the immersion heater.
The advantage of using a cartridge heating element is that the ceramic heating element inside the cartridge can be replaced without having to empty the oil from the container. Additionally, cartridge heating elements can be mounted in a specially designed flange - at your request.

The products can be used for oil heating of gearboxes, hydraulic systems and cooling systems. 

All immersion heaters and cartridge heating elements from JEVI can be delivered with a low W/cm² as required by the oil suppliers.

For glycol heating, JEVI recommends the use of electric heaters in the form of immersion heaters or cartridge heating elements.

The advantage of using immersion heaters for glycol heating is that you avoid condensation in the system.

We have a wide selection of immersion heaters and junction boxes for glycol heating, but we can also produce according to your requests. Controllers and containers are always produced according to your wishes.
