Duct Heaters

Duct heaters are used for air conditioning systems, heat recovery systems and ventilation systems as well as in process plants with a need for heating specific gases.

Standard designs EFR and EFFK (max. 70ºC)

Special designs EFRS, EFF, EFFL and EFI

Special designs are used for grain drying, process plants, ships, etc.

EFFK

Electrical heater intended for flange mounting in rectangular duct in connection with air conditioning system, heat recovery systems and ventilation systems. The duct part is  made of hot-galvanized steel while the terminal box is embedded in the duct part and has IP22 density.

Built-in features include a thermo-restriction device with automatic re-closing and a fire thermostat with manual re-closing. The heater is divided into groups - 3 or 4, respectively, depending on the power.

EFR

Heater for air heating systems, including supplementary heating in heat recovery systems in private homes and generally in connection with air duct systems.

The duct part is a round hot-galvanized steel pipe with a rubber sealing ring at both ends. The terminal box is made of electric-galvanized steeel with PG 16 fitting (IP44). The heaters are made of AISI 304 (stainless). The terminal box contains a 1-terminal thermo-restriction device (30-87ºC) with automatic re-closing and manual reset (125ºC).

EFF

Special design of rectangular duct heater for such purposes as ventilation systems and process systems.

The duct part can be made of a variety of materials on request - for instance hot-galvanized and stainless steel. The terminal box can be designed in varying densities, from IP22 to IP66. The heaters are made of different stainless qualities depending on the task. For high-temperature surfaces (max. 800ºC), INC800 or INC600 is used for piping.

EFRS

Same as EFF, but for round ducts.

EFFL

Same as EFF, but with air flow between the terminal box and the duct piece.
Used at temperatures above 70ºC in the duct.

EFI

Inset heater intended for mounting in existing ducts of airconditioning systems, heat recovery systems and ventilation systems in which the heater can be removed without removing the duct part.

The terminal box is equipped with a mounting board with IP22 density. However, other densities are available on request.
Built-in features include a thermo-restriction device with automatic re-closing and a fire thermostat with manual re-closing.
