Heating Elements

Heating elements are often produced according to customer-specific requirements.

Heating elements are used for e.g. ovens, stoves, roasting plates as well as tool and machine heating. The heating elements are very flexible and can be fully bent for each specific application.

We also manufacture finished units intended for heating of solids - also for special applications.

There are many kinds of finishes, e.g.

  • M4 terminal with Ø8.50 and 10.2 tube
    M6 terminal with Ø12.7 tube
  • Single spade 6.3 mm
  • Single spade of 45º or 90º angle bend
  • Double spade, straight
  • Double spade, 90º angle
  • Mounted with welded cable or slat
    High-temperature cable available up to 400ºC
  • Welded cable and shrinkage flex
  • Fully cast finish with polyurethane for tight sealing

  • Heating elements mounted with brass or stainless clips.
    Brass clips available in ½", ¾", 1", 1¼", 1½", 2", 2½" and 3"
    Stainless clips available in ½", ¾", 1", 1½", 2" and 2½"
  • UF40 flange for e.g. household electric appliances
    Can only be used for 1 heating element
  • UF70 flange for e.g. household electric appliances
    Can only be used for 1 or 2 heating elements
  • Heating element finish with clips for mounting in tank or container. Can also be mounted with oval or square box.
    M10, M12, M14 and M16 available in brass and stainless steel
    M14 also available in steel
  • Connection boxes for heating elements. Depending on the type they can be mounted with thermostat or thermal link
  • Special flanges for heating elements. The different flanges can be soldered, welded or squeezed onto the heating elements
